So 100% on fusileers in Neoterra would mean every NCA tournament list submitted to the OTM for this period included fusileers. "Avg taken" is the average number of units taken only counting lists where some were taken. So a value of 3 means that for lists that took fusileers, the average number of fusileers taken is 3.
